A Former Deputy President of the Senate, Sen. Ike Ekweremadu and the Deputy Minority leader, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Toby Okechukwu amongst others have extended their warmest Condolences to the Family of Late Chief Fabian Nwafor.

In his days, Fabian Nwafor was a great Father and husband, an amazing Friend and associate, he also Doubled as the Chief Executive Officer of the Aston villa hotel and Sonestar oil and gas.

It could be said that Fabian was an Astute business man, whom had his way around grooming little things until they blossom. He was a well articulated and fervent politician, he was described as a Good man.

He however took the bow on the 28th of June, 2020.

In his Condolence message, Ekweremadu stated that his loss was grave, as it affects not just his immediate family but all his associates and well wishers. Though it hurts to have lost one so dear to you, he prayed that his family, draw solace in the fact that Fabian lived a Good life and now he rests.

Okechukwu, who recalled with Nostalgia, his previous interactions with the deceased, described him as man who had vision of developing Awgu local government Area, he had plans of Giving Education in comfort to the young ones in his place, he was a benevolent and philanthropic man of the people whom left an indelible mark on the lives of his acquaintances. He however, wished his family the Strength and fortitude to bear the tremendous loss.

His wife, Children and Mother, though devastated, stated with assurance that Fabian led a Godly life, “he was a good man,”they said. The wished he lived longer but they are reassured that he rests in God’s Bossom.

His Burial and Obsequies was held in his country home in Eziumuhu, Umuhu village of Ugwuleshi autonomous community in Awgu local government Area of Enugu state on the 21st of November, 2020.

The Dignitary Studded Burial was attended by the Executive Governor of Enugu state, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Speaker Enugu state house of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Edward Ubosi, the Deputy Minority leader, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Toby Okechukwu, Chairman Awgu local government Council, Hon. Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo, Chief Whip Enugu state house of Assembly, hon. Jane Eneh, member representing Awgu South, Hon. Johnson Chukwuobasi and many others including friends and well wishers.

They, in their good capacity, bade him an eternal farewell as they hope to see him in the resurrection morning.
