Paris Saint-Germain’s desire to land either Leo Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo appears clear.
Yet they will have to allow a star name of their own to make way and the French champions are said to have already decided who that man will be.
According to La Reppublica, it is Mauro Icardi who PSG will look to offload in order to facilitate the arrival of one of the two biggest names in world football.
Milan and Juventus are both said to be interested, and PSG are open to negotiations for the player they only signed last year from Inter.
The same publication reports that Milan sporting director Paolo Maldini has already held talks with Wanda Nara, Icardi’s wife and agent.
The Old Lady, on the other hand, might have to let Cristiano Ronaldo or Paulo Dybala go in the summer, and Icardi is a candidate to bolster the attacking line.
