Peace of mind is actually a form of “make up” because when you are at peace, you look like nature took 10 years of your real age.
I couldn’t go out without make up in 2018 because of how stressed i was, my under eye had dark bags and my skin though smooth looked very stressed so i would apply foundation here and there to cover it up.
I was an intern some where at that time and interns don’t get paid there so i worried so much much about finances but thank God for today.
My finances picked up and i am in a better place that gives me peace of mind. Guess what? i am in the office at 6:19 writing this article and i stepped out of my house with n o make up.
That is because, the rat race has ended and this will get better and better. Having a positive mind set gives you peace of mind.
Peace of mind is a state of being, a state achieved out of mental and emotional calmness.
In order to achieve peace of mind a person must have no fears, no worries and no stress.
In short, peace of mind is thinking about nothing other than feeling happy and relaxed in the moment.
